A beautiful Parker Model 156 Highback Armchair from the Nordic range.

The Model 156 is one of our favourite Parker designs, with its high-backed profile, sculpted armrests and framed rattan back. The shape is great from the side and back, with long tapered legs and arms that sweep gently into the frame.

The Australian blackwood frame has been fully restored, sanded and refinished in a hard-wearing plant-based oil. New webbing and Dunlop foam have been fitted, with the cushions upholstered in ‘Mingle Mangle’ by Zepel, a textured navy fabric that contrasts beautifully with the warm timber.
