Danish Teak Secretary by Storgaard Nielsen Møbelfabrik, 1960s

Crafted in the 1960s by Storgaard Nielsen Møbelfabrik in Herning, Denmark, this Danish teak secretary is a compact, neat and stylish storage option. 

The upper section features a hinged cabinet door alongside a stack of slim drawers, perfect for storing stationery, documents, or smaller personal items. Below, four full-width drawers offer ample storage, all adorned with sculpted solid teak handles that highlight the craftsmanship of the era.

This piece has been fully restored and finished in a durable, plant-based hardwax oil, bringing out the natural warmth and grain of the teak.
There is some minor discolouration on the top surface (as shown in the photos), which has been carefully treated and blended to maintain a cohesive finish.

Elegant, functional, and thoughtfully designed, this secretary makes a beautiful addition to any home or office.
