This Danish teak bureau is a compact and practical piece dating from the 1960s.

The upper section has three small drawers, an inset shelf and a small cabinet, with a generous writing surface below. Three full-width drawers provide plenty of additional storage, with the top drawer retaining its original key.

The teak has been carefully polished and revitalised, bringing back the warmth of the timber while retaining its original character. There are a few small areas of veneer loss consistent with age, which we have carefully minimised.
