A beautiful set of eight teak dining chairs by Baastrup Møbelfabrik, Denmark, c.1960s.
These have an amazing backrest shape, gently curved and contoured with two vertical timber splats. The sculpted frame and tapered legs are typical of Danish design from this period.
The chairs are in lovely original vintage condition with a warm golden patina. We have gently cleaned and waxed the timber.
The seats have been reupholstered previously and would benefit from new upholstery. We can arrange this in a fabric of your choice at an additional cost.
