Pair of Oak Armchairs by Poul Volther for FDB Møbler | c.1960s

Designed by Danish master Poul Volther for FDB Møbler, this elegant pair of armchairs is a perfect example of honest, functional design with just the right amount of warmth. Crafted from solid oak with a beautifully sculpted frame, they have been fully restored and newly upholstered in a rich, textured fabric by Mokum. The fabric is a soft blend of viscose, cotton and linen in an earthy olive tone that pairs beautifully with the golden oak.

Comfortable, timeless and quietly confident, these chairs work just as well around a dining table as they do in a reading nook or beside the fireplace.
